Nikki Carroll, Community Association Manager.  Nikki directs and manages the on-site Property Management Team, overseeing the daily operations, and on-going projects. She works closely with the Waterchase Board of Directors on the strategic plan, proposed and current community improvement projects; the Design Review Committee on resident DRC applications; and the Hearing Committee on rule and regulation violations.  Nikki interacts with Waterchase residents on a daily basis.  Alice Yang is Nikki's assistant and will assist residents in scheduling a meeting.


Alice Yang is the Administrative Assitant to the Community Association Manager.  Alice manages the front office activities which includes responding to resident inquiries, working with new residents to register them on Waterchase.com, registering their cars and secure an access tag for each, and registering a new resident for clubhouse access cards.  Alice also accepts Waterchase quarterly HOA member fees that are paid in person at the Waterchase Clubhouse.  Please reach out to Alice if you have any questions regarding Waterchase's new resident registration requirements, information on online payment of Waterchase's membership fees, or would further information concerning Waterchase in general.  


Arelys De Leon, Activities Director. Arelys manages the Waterchase Activities programs, the Waterchase Events, and directs the Activities Assistant. She recruits sponsors for featured activities and events, responsible for selling advertisements on Waterchase.com, and managing the content published on Waterchase.com. Arelys interacts with Waterchase residents on a daily basis. Reach out to Arelys if you would like to sign up for an Activity or Event, have questions regarding any Waterchase Activity or Event, or a recommendation for a new Activity or Event. Mike Fay, Maintenance Supervisor.  Mike manages the daily maintenance requirements in and around the Clubhouse, the Clubhouse grounds, and throughout all the common areas.  Say hello to Mike and thank him for his devotion to detail, he is a vital member of the Waterchase on-site property team.  Residents should reachout to Lauren in Waterchase's front office if there is an item in need of maintenance in or around the Clubhouse, its grounds, or in any of the common areas.
