OpenHOA provides the site to Waterchase free of charge ($2,000 annual value) in exchange for OpenHOA representing the site as its advertising agent. Waterchase receives a share of all advertising revenue the site generates. Furthermore, OpenHOA provides the following additional services, free of charge, to the Association:

• Free hosting and administration of up to 50 IMAP email addresses with over 7 gigs of storage for each account ($2.500 annual value)
• Free email newsletter service for all website user accounts ($400+ annual value)
• Free webmaster services providing user support and site administration ($1,000 annual value)
• Free publishing service for posting and editing articles ($1,000 annual value)
• Free on-site training sessions for residents ($1,500 annual value)

Not including the risk-free revenue that waterchase.com generates for the association, OpenHOA's solution provides over $8,000 of services to the community for free.
