Ginger and Tom have been repeatedly recognized for excellence in service with production awards such as Chairman's Club, Circle of Excellence, and President's Club, among others. They have been acknowledged as a Top Producing Team in Buyer Controlled Sales, Listings Taken, Listings Sold, Open Volume and Total Gross Sales in all years since 1993. To further expand the team's level of service, Ginger obtained her real estate Broker's License in 2006.

Ginger and Tom consistently place in the Top 75 real estate agents in all of Hillsborough County as acknowledged in the quarterly Kenst Report. This is quite an accomplishment considering the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors has over 8,000 members.
Affiliations

Ginger and Tom are members of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), The Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), The Greater Tampa Association of Realtors (GTAR) and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). They have earned the nationally recognized Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, and are Graduates of the Realtor Institute (GRI), the highest education levels in real estate. Ginger is Certified as a Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). Ginger served as Vice President of the Waterchase Home Owner's Association and has served on other HOA boards in the past.
