Whether its relaxing poolside with a drink, hooping-it-up on the basketball courts, playing on the waterslide with your kids, or knocking some tennis balls around with your friends or spouse, Waterchase has the facilities today's active lifestyle demands. All of the community's facilities are included with membership dues and include guest passes.
Pools
 The pools at Waterchase include a large lap pool and a two-story water slide. The water slide is supervised during slide hours and both pools are monitored by closed circuit television cameras. During pool hours residents can purchase refreshments and icecream from the clubhouse concession.
Tennis Courts
 Waterchase has four hard courts that are professionally maintained. An on site tennis pro provides group and private lessons to residents. Additionally, Waterchase offers children's tennis programs and participates in local club competitions.
 Playground
The recently renovated playground includes several slides, swings, monkey bars, and everything a parent would expect to entertain children. Additionally, the playground is now shaded to provid all-day, year-round functionality. Adjacent to the playground is a covered picnic pavillion where parents can supervise their children or families can enjoy lunch together.
Activities Field
 Waterchase has a 150 yard activities field. The field is used for a broad range of activities, including:
- Flag football pickup games
- Baseball practice
- Communitiy field days
- Holiday, birthday, and other special events
Basketball Courts
 There are four basketball courts at Waterchase, each with adjustable glass backboards. The community hosts resident pickup games and uses the courts for its summer sports camp.
